Designed to maximise the digital workplace experience, VHuddle Pro is avalue-added bundled solution, made up of the VHuddle Pro software, the Vestel IFM 4K HDR Display with plug in Windows 10 OPS PC module, and a 4K webcam.

Streamlining every step in the meeting set-up process, it features pre-selected business-critical apps in one convenient applications bar and enablesthem to be launched with one touch or click, thanks to the VHuddle Pro software.

VHuddle Pro software

Offering a customisable ecosystem for the hybrid workplace, VHuddle Pro enables a range of business-critical apps to be pre-selected, and then categorised in the relevant tabs – Screen share, Web conference, Notes, Files and Browser - in the Compact Apps Tool bar for ease of navigation.

With its software solution, VHuddle Pro provides shortcuts to each of these apps, ensuring quick start support with one touch or click of the mouse.

Windows 10 OPS PC module

Easy to integrate into life at work, VHuddle Pro minimises the need for user training, providing, with its plug-in Windows 10 OPS PC module, a familiar digital workspace experience, which includes access to Office 365 and Teams.

While all settings are designed to be pre-configured by IT departments to keep computer networks secure, and the user experience uniform, there is plenty of flexibility built in to suit different styles of collaboration. Up to three digital whiteboard apps can be pre-selected for the “Notes” tab, giving teams the freedom to use, for example, OneNote to take quick notes, Microsoft Ink Workspace to collaborate on designs, and Microsoft Whiteboard to share ideas and annotate over the top of files.

To cut down administrative and organisational tasks around collaboration, meetings can be scheduled quickly using the calendar, and rooms booked in an instant using the “Book the Room” tab.

Scheduled video conferences are designed to appear in the calendar view, offering a one-click or touch “Start” option for extra time-saving convenience.

Designed in 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch and 86-inch screen sizes to suit every corporate application, from huddle spaces to large meeting rooms, the seriesis an ultra-engaging interactive multimedia hub. From within its minimalist super-slim and discreet bezel design, it brings content to life, with support for punchy, extra sharp 4K HDR imagery and 4K HDR videos at 60fps.

Ten-point touch experience

A ten-point touch IR interactive overlay with anti-glare super-smooth finish drives more inclusive collaboration, while the Quick Palette Launcher enablesteam members to work at pace, offering one tap access to the pen, highlighter, screen capture and screen crop tools. Additional features include a dual pen that can offer two alternatively sized tips and auto-colour recognition as well as a handwriting-to-digital text conversion function.
